🚚 All art pieces are made to order and take approximately 4 to 8 weeks to process after receiving payment. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a shipping notice email 📩, including a Tracking Code 📦 if you’ve opted for Airmail Speed. You’ll also receive post-production pictures of your figure to ensure it’s in perfect condition before it’s shipped out. This way, you can confirm that everything is 💯.

🌍 Good news! Shipping is FREE for all countries worldwide! 🌎 However, please note that for products valued over $1000, there is an insurance fee of $30. This fee is not included in the shipping cost.

✨ Return Policy ✨

For returns, please reach out to us via email at plan2bplan@gmail.com 📧. Kindly provide your name and order number in the initial contact. To ensure a fair and smooth process, we have some guidelines in place:
🔹 We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse. This includes situations like changing your mind, ordering the wrong design or size, or providing an incorrect delivery address, etc. So please be absolutely certain about your purchase before placing an order and ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate.
🔹 Since each figure is handmade and customized, if you decide to cancel an order before it’s shipped, a 15% cancellation fee will apply. Once your item has been shipped, cancellations and returns are not accepted.
